113.01 Publication and posting
Public notice of ordinances and resolutions shall be given by publishing the
ordinance or resolution number, the title thereof and the date of passage or
adoption, except that in lieu thereof any ordinance or resolution may be
published in full or posted when so provided for therein. Publication of an
ordinance or resolution, whether by number, title and date of passage or in
full, shall be made once a week for two consecutive weeks on the same day of
each week in a newspaper of general circulation in the Municipality, to be
designated in the ordinance or resolution. In the case of posting, a copy of the
ordinance or resolution shall be posted for not less than fifteen days in the
Municipal Building.
