719.01   License required

No person, not legally licensed to do so, shall represent himself to be an astrologer, fortuneteller, clairvoyant, palmist or tea leaf reader.

719.99   Penalty

Whoever violates Section 719.01 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
